Stress Relief Meditation. Let's begin by finding a comfortable position, sitting or lying down. Close your eyes and take a deep breath in and slowly exhale. Feel the air filling your lungs and gently leaving your body. As you continue to breathe deeply and naturally, allow yourself to become aware of the present moment, release any thoughts or worries that may be occupying your mind. This time is just for you to let go of stress and find inner calm. Now imagine a gentle wave of relaxation washing over you, starting from the top of your head and flowing down to your toes. With each breath, this wave of relaxation washes away tension and stress, leaving you feeling calm and at ease. As you continue to breathe deeply, bring your awareness to your body. Notice any areas where you may be holding tension. It could be your shoulders, your neck or your back. With each exhale, imagine the tension melting away, leaving those areas feeling relaxed and light.

Speaker 1:

Repeat these affirmations, silently or out loud. I release all tension from my body. I am calm and at peace. I let go of stress and embrace tranquility. I am surrounded by calm and positive energy. I am in control of my thoughts and emotions. Feel these affirmations resonate within you, bringing a deeper sense of calm and relaxation. Know that you have the power to release stress and find peace within yourself. Now take a few moments to simply be still enjoying this state of relaxation. Allow your breath to guide you deeper into this calm and peaceful state as you slowly open your eyes. Carry this sense of calm and tranquility with you throughout the day, and tranquility with you throughout the day. Remember that you can return to this peaceful state whenever you need to. You are calm, you are at peace and you are in control. Have a wonderful and stress-free day.
