Hi, how are you? This is Dr Damaris Maria Grossman and this is the Mindfully Integrative Show. Today I'm just kind of doing a small public health awareness and to wish everyone happy holidays and happy new year. But on a serious note, I'd like to alsoline information for those in need of information on child abuse. Unfortunately these are hard subjects, but elder dependency, suicide prevention, substance abuse and opioid use, domestic violence and poison control. Violence and poison control and one of my dear groups that I care about is the Vet for Warriors and it's a hotline for those veterans that need assistance. So the Maine Crisis Text Hotline is 741-741. And those that are in substance abuse need you can dial 2-1-1. And obviously if it's an emergency you would call 9 would call 911.
Speaker 0:But I do think that during the holidays there are a lot of those that are struggling and that may need a little bit more support, or maybe even just a text message or hello, or you may know that they may need a hi, how's it going? Have you been? Even something as small as that could be someone and you could save their life. So I just wanted to, you know, just kind of put that out there. You know, there's someone in your life that may have a story or a moment or just need a little smile. So I hope you guys have a good rest of your week and a good near year, if I don't get to touch base with you, and of course, all of this information will be online and on the show notes and available. Thanks again and you guys have a blessed day.
