so, talking about exercise and low intensity exercise, so in general, exercise is beneficial for at least 10 minutes a day, every single day, for the rest of your life. So when someone says to me oh, I really want to lose weight, I want to work out so that you can make your body the machine, well-oiled machine that it can be, so that you can live for a long time, and exercise is one of those components. Initially I'm talking about low intensity exercise. In this part we're saying low intensity exercise is lower heart rate. Well, benefits of it is that it helps with your mitochondrial metabolism, your dynamics and your overall fatty acid oxidation and anti-inflammatory to help with immune cells. So it is helping with many things, but specifically it helps with your, like, your body's overload and energetic. So the less sedentary you are, less sitting that you're doing and the more movement you're doing, even if it's at a low intensity routine, you are still increasing the metabolism and your body's overall workload, which then in turn will help with your releasing of excess fat and circulatory system increased and your whole body's like absorption of healthy things and it helps with the overall bioengineering. Bioengineering, like you have more energy and it also helps with the fatty acid oxidation within the body so that you have they call it PBMC, where your metabolism increases with peripheral blood mononuclear cells, and that is contributing to help with lowering anti like lowering the inflammatory response and helps being an anti-inflammatory aid.
Speaker 1:So, in turn, just talking about having energy in the bioengineering of the body, you having just low intensity can be profound. Now this is low intensity for the rest of your life. Now we're benefiting from doing some sort of exercise, at least 10 minutes a day, but you can do low intensity exercises just by walking, you know, in your neighborhood, walking around different things, doing something in your house of that nature, but at least it's. This is me just trying to getting you into it. Becoming this normal everyday movement is what you do. And when someone says, should I only do it a few days a week? No, you should be moving every single day of your life. So sedentary lifestyle is what has caused our overall health problems.
